<b>Norbrook Producer Terms and Conditions</b><br><br> <b>Producers on a Norbrook® pricing agreement are ineligible for this offer. Offer is valid only on select Norbrook® product purchases (“Qualifying Product”) from retail locations in the Fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. The offer may be redeemed only by actual purchaser who is 18 years or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Offer valid for qualified product purchases made between 9/1/2024- 11/30/2024 (“Promotion Period”) Rebate requests must be received on or before 12/31/2024. Producers who purchase $350 of Qualifying Products are eligible for a $25.00 rebate. Limit of $125 total in rebate submissions per household during the entire Promotion Period. To redeem your rebate, you are required to submit the completed online form, along with the original, itemized invoice featuring the invoice number or receipt with qualifying product(s) purchased, purchase price and purchase date. Your rebate submission will not be accepted without all required elements included. If your invoice or receipt is not valid you will be notified and can resubmit, resubmissions need to be received by 12/31/2024. Norbrook® reserves the right to amend, substitute or withdraw this offer at any time without notice. Fraudulent submission of multiple requests and/or providing false information disqualifies any rebate request and could result in federal or state prosecution.
